I like 201 martinis better, but I don't regret buying this book. You don't own only one cook book, do you? Having multiple different recipe books on hand is, well, handy. I could compare features of the two books, but I would rather just encourage you to buy them both to get free super saver shipping and start experimenting with and enjoying your cocktails. Nice photos. But if you insist, it is the ingredient index and greater number of recipe's that makes me like 201 better.Book Review: great book!

This book has a great variety of martini recipes - I'm usually a fan of basic dirty martinis, but there are so many options for interesting drinks in here, I'm looking forward to branching out and trying them all. It's a great book to use if you're throwing a party, since there are drinks in every color, flavor, and for every season. So far I've tried the Pineapple Champagne martini, which was really good. The book also has a ton of really beautiful photos.Book Review: Nice-looking book, but no index

This is a fun and beautiful little book. But it's not very user-friendly because there is no index. For instance, if you would like to find a recipe for a pumpkin martini or if you want to see if there are martini recipes with cranberry or lemon, you have to flip through the entire book. I purchased two copies of this book, both for Christmas presents, and I loved it so much that I wanted to keep one for myself! As someone who prefers the more "flavorful" concoctions to the typical martini, I found lots of recipes in here that I look forward to trying, and I love the full page photos as well.
