I got this cookbook hoping to learn a little bit more about spanish cooking. The only thing I learned is vegans need not apply! or vegetarians for that matter.
Too bad, I was really excited to own this, now I'm selling it. Any takers?

This cookbook does indeed include 1080 recipes. That said if your looking for a basic cookbook this will do. If you are looking for a some tantalizing,creative recipes I would keep looking.Book Review: Pretty book

You could find any spanish recipe that you like, but this book is made for people who knows profesional cooking, the ingridients are not easy to find.
