Book Review: This book is a MUST HAVE!!
Summary: 5 Stars
A Friend told me about this book, and how every recipe was a winner. I am glad I listened! Every recipe I have made is delicious and easy to make. I will be giving these cakes out for Christmas gifts this year. I highly reccomend investing in the cheesecake pans he suggest. They produce a much better cheesecake than a springform pan! I ordered the pans from Amazon when I ordered this book, just search cheesecake pans.Book Review: The pumpkin maple cheese cake recipe is worth the price!

I was new to making cheese cakes. Although my mother made them for many years. I decided to learn how to make cheese cakes. The book was very helpful in teaching me the ins & outs of making cheese cakes. After making a couple "Blue Ribbon" cheese cake and being successful, I tried the Pumpkin Maple for a bake sale, I came in first place with my cheese cake. Yeah, the book is worth it.Book Review: YUM!!! YUM!!!

I've had this book for a few months now and everyone loves my cheesecakes. If you need a picture for every recipie then this is not for you. However if you want to make killer cheesecakes buy this book. I have had nothing but compliments and have given several as gifts, and may even start to sell a few they are that great. My wife says they are better than the cheesecake factory.Book Review: A winner every time

I have owned this book for several years now and it's almost worn out from all the use. Every recipe has turned out absolutely fantastic. This is a must purchase for both new and practiced cheesecake bakers. My recommendation would be to also purchase the springform pan from Pampered Chef for win-win combination. Our favorite is the first recipe "blue ribbon".Book Review: doesn't have pictures

The book is very good and the tips very helpful and easy to follow. It takes you 5 minutes to read them and they are nothing too complicated.
The only bad thing that i see is that the book only has a few pictures, like 6 or so, and i think pictures are very helpful when it comes to choose what cheesecake you wanna make, and here you have 125 to choose!
