Book Reviews of 1st to Die (Women's Murder Club)Book Review: James Patterson Trips UP Summary: 2 Stars
I am a big Patterson fan, but this book was just not his best work. it is overly dramatic, trite and not respectful of the intelligence of the reader. The wierd feminist vibe is disingenuous and rings false. I am disappointed in this one.
Book Review: Okay, but should be read before others in series. Summary: 3 Stars
I read the third book before this one, and I should have read this one first. I think this book was written before the author had fully developed the concept, but isn't so bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Book Review: Great Series Summary: 5 Stars
This is the 1st of the womens murder club series , it is well written and will keep you up turning the pages as only James Patterson can do . Mr Patterson is the best when it comes to the Murder mysteries .
Book Review: Good read Summary: 5 Stars
I enjoy good escapist mysteries--one's that don't totally insult
my intelligence with flimsy plots and undeveloped characters. This book
fit the bill for me.
Book Review: seriously? Summary: 2 Stars
You have got to be kidding me? A woman dressed as a man is a convincing disguise? Even when speaking face to face with someone? What a rotten wrap up. Totally unsatisfying.
