Book Review: Much more than just a panini cookbook!

A fantastic cookbook if you're always looking for new ideas that are easy to make and delicious to eat! Great ideas that get you out of the normal cooking rut, and paninis that make you look like a pro! got rave reviews from my family.
Well organized, great photos and additional recipes for condiments and spreads that I didn't expect. A nice suprise! I just ordered more as gifts for my friends. My kudos to the author.

I make panini on my grill pan and also on the outdoor grill. You can panini anything you like - pick your favorite breads and sandwich fillings. This book has lots of great recipes in it. Some of combos I'd never have thought of and others are standards.
It's getting close to wedding and graduation season. A Panini grill and this book would make a fantastic gift for either a couple or kids heading off to college.

Tiffany Collins where have you been! Without question you are one of the most talented and engaging talents on the scene today. The pannini recipies are the absolute best. The pictures are so terrific I felt I could taste the pictures that I was looking at.

I've purchased quite a few cook books for my panini press, but nothing is as user friendly as this one. Not only are the recipes very good but the ingredients are items that can be found in your own kitchen. I did not have to go out to buy anything special. My wife and I bought this book on a whim (Attractive cover). We are constantly being pleasantly surprised by the creative and tasty recipes we find within the pages of this well written book. We have travelled to Italy and were pleased to find many of the recipes that we experienced on our trip.
We will be looking for any future publications by this author.
