Book Review: Printed on cheap paper - real drawback.
Summary: 3 Stars
I have made some receipts in the book and find them to be very good.
But the book is printed on such cheap, porous paper that it's impossible to keep it in good order. A drop of water is immediately absorbed, and if you dash it off the page a streak of swollen, wrinkled paper appears.
To keep the book clean I put it in ANOTHER ROOM the last time that I used it and ran back and forth to look at it and keep it away from the actual cooking.
With this cheap production, it won't be long before the book is a mess. Too bad they skimped on the paper. Older and better-made cookbooks do NOT have the problem.
