These work great, though they'd be better if they were a little larger -- even if they were less selective as a result. They're probably not worth $15, but are pretty handy once you have them installed.
Make sure you read the instructions a few times, as they're very brief but not clear. You want the bottom horizontal line on one to match with the top horizontal line on the previous one. Otherwise, they'll be crooked and sloppy.
You might also wish to put the tab on the page before the section which is indexed. This way, you can grab the tab, flip it to the left side of the book, and end up looking at the section you indexed.
