Book Review: Thoughts from a fifty year young runner

This is a nice compact journal. It has the daily 2009 calendar already typed in. Each week has a place for races run, comments on races, time, overall place, age division place, weekly mileage, yearly mileage, course run, distance, time, pace and comments. It also has space for a summary of weekly comments. The only thing that I should have noticed was that it is 5 and a half inches in height versus the 9 inches found in the Jerome and Glover journals. This means that it dooes not stack well in a runner's library of journals and that it is a little bit more difficult to write in. I should have noticed this from the picture.
Summary of 2009 Training Log
This is the 26th year helping runners and walkers log their miles. Each page is a new dated week with space for the course, distance, time, pace, daily comments, weekly comments, weekly, monthly and yearly totals. There is also a space to record the race you ran that week including race name, time, pace, overall and age division place. There is a pace chart on the inside back cover.Sports Books
