Book Reviews of 5-Factor FitnessBook Review: Almost great Summary: 4 Stars
I really loved this concept. I've done the workout on two seperate occasions and I do well with the structured approach. I try and stick with the food concept as well but even if I don't follow that completely I still end up losing weight and toning from the work outs. My frustration with this is that there is nothing beyond. Everyone knows your muscles get used to the same exercises over time so you need to keep changing it up. I would love to see a follow-up to this book!!!
Book Review: Great ideas... not too hard to do Summary: 4 Stars
Having been on, um, serveral diets I think this is a great plan. I have to say it is not as intense as others I've done and I guess this is the point... anyone can do regardless of fitness level and at 25 minutes a day you can fit it in to any schedule. As a new mom I wanted something that didn't take a ton of time an involve going to the gym. I do the workouts at home. Ive only lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks, but I do feel alot more energized.

5-Factor Fitness is my favorite workout plan. I have been using it 5 days a week for the past two months, and I love it! It is easy to follow, you can customize it to your fitness level, and increase the challenge as you get stronger. In fact, it has worked so well, I had to go out and buy new pants today--two sizes smaller!--not because I have dropped a ton of pounds but because I am losing inches. All my clothes fit better.
Book Review: Great workout! Summary: 5 Stars
I just got this book and started the first workout today. I loved the fact that you change what you're doing every five minutes and the workout is no longer than 25 minutes! It was easy to follow and I can do it at home. I've been weight training for a while but my workouts seemed to stop being effective after awhile. After I worked out today my arms were shaking as I tried to things around the house. I highly recommend this.
Book Review: A program that finally works Summary: 5 Stars
Trust me, I have tried everything and i have finally found a program that makes sense and makes me feel great. Everything from the explanations provided regarding why i should follow "five factor fitness", to the exercises provided are logical and easy to follow. I must point out the recipes are delicious and really simple. I truly recommend this book to anyone who wants to look and feel great!!
