Book Reviews of 5-Factor Fitness

Book Review: Excellent, succinct no nonsense approach
Summary: 5 Stars

The size of this book speaks volumes as to the direct, organized approach that Harley outlines. This is a plan that anyone can implement without having to be married to a gym or working with complicated diets and formulas.

The approach to diet is common sense as is the exercise regimen. Everyone from any walk of like or physical capacity can benefit from this book.

Great work!

Book Review: 5 Factor Fitness: The Diet and Fitness Secret of Hollywood's
Summary: 5 Stars

This book is great! The workouts and recipes are both quick...but more importantly, so are the results. I've been on the plan for a week and already lost 4 pounds. I highly reccomend this book to anyone who hates to work out, or thinks they don't have time. 25 minutes is really all it takes, and the routines vary to prevent boredom. I feel like I have a personal trainer every step of the way.

Book Review: Results . . . Fast!
Summary: 5 Stars

I live in a very fast paced world, so the prospect of going to the gym for 2 hours at a time just doesn't work for me. Finally, this has taken away my excuse of not having enough time to work out or eat well. If you have a fast paced lifestyle, five factor will let you workout, eat better, and feel great . . . and not sacrifice the rest of your life to do it!

Book Review: Recommended by a Fitness Trainer
Summary: 4 Stars

I am a fitness trainer and I love the workout ideas in this book. I have seen Harley train and he is great. But the food ideas aren't much to speak of. I don't know where to find some of the ingredients and I imagine it would be expensive if I could. I will use his workout but eat my regular meal of oats, veggies, and good ole grilled chicken.

Book Review: Good read, but somewhat disappointing
Summary: 4 Stars

Good information, but some books I like better - most of the info I already knew before I read. I thought I was going to learn something new. Saw the book advertised on popular talk show and it was so hyped up, I thought it was going to be something that would knock my socks off. Still very sound advice though, that's why I gave it 4 stars.
