I was anxious to start utilizing the practice tests. Since math was not my strongest suit, I decided to start with math to assess my weaknesses. With the first practice test I came upon some irregularities. There were two math problems that I got wrong that were actually right. Yes, that's right, the Princeton Review had chosen the wrong answer. I was stunned! I took the book to my math instructor and had him do the problems. He confirmed that in both cases, The Princeton Review was blatantly and obviously wrong in choosing from their own multiple choice answers. The correct answers were listed, but not the ones chosen as the right answer.
I have given them 3 stars instead of 5 in my review because of the errors. If you are trying to study for the GED without benefit of an instructor, these errors could have been the difference between passing and not passing the math test. I am grateful that the practice tests were available for purchase, but clearly The Princeton Review needs better editors and quality control.
