Book Review: A great introduction to wordless picture books
Summary: 5 Stars
I am a huge fan of using wordless picture books to help develop a child's storytelling abilities. This book is a little less open-ended than some wordless books, so would be an excellent introduction for children who are not used to having to make up the story themselves as they go along. My children have a dozen or so wordless books, and this is still one of their favorites. Mercer Mayer is truely talented at conveying humor without words. We laugh at this little misadventure with a happy ending every time we pick it up.
