Customer Review: A beautiful tour - NOT a cook book

I love this book, as a young apprentice (potentially entering the arena of fine chefs such as Adria) this book provides an overview of the lifestyle, the work, the process and most importantly the food. It is a superbly beautiful book, very large and heavy, perfect for a coffee table.
