Having suffered from IBS for over 25 Years and having read dozens of other Books on the Topic it was such a pleasure to read Dr. Mark Pimentel's new Book, "A New IBS Solution".
What impressed me the most was that he understands that "IBS" is just a catch-all name that is given when all other "Tests" prove normal. He believes that the "Root Cause" of IBS isn't caused by "Stress" but by an Overgrowth of Bacteria in the Small Intestines( SIBO). This may account for up to 80% of all the people suffering from "IBS"
A New IBS Solution,is without doubt the most comprehensive Book available today that discusses SIBO, how to diagnose it, dietary factors for SIBO and most importantly how to treat it.
