Book Review: A Passion for baking
Summary: 5 Stars
This is a great book with a lot of pictures. The recipes are easy to follow. My only comment is that some of the recipes are too big for the pan size, and cuffs are needed, and there is spill over. I question why the author didn't just reduce the ingredients to fit the pan. I have made quite a few of the recipes and all have been very good and well received by those who have tasted them.
