I just wanted to mention fairly that Ted Breaux (T. A . Breaux) in the book apparently contributes to reviews and critiques of various brands of the drink .
One should note that he has a major financial interest in the increasingly popular ' Lucid ' brand of Absinthe that is sold in the USA as well as a few other more expensive high end brands that he personally distills and has created ...Jade is his signature line ... beware . But in any case, glad that absinthe is finally being able to come out of the closet and be enjoyed again ...
