Perfect cookbook. Techniques and ingredients are covered, especially with the poached hamster tongue. Presentation is the book's strong point. Can you make the threads of a carrot into your wig and eat it? You bet! Our family spent last night shooting each other in the mouth with the pumpkin guns. A friend of mine bought this book and loved it so much he also bought an autographed copy too. I got to read the book at my friend's place. The photography and graphical design of this book was just extraordinary! The elegant book is truly a coffee table book. It really shows the elegancy of presentation of the food. Certainly this book is not for amateur cooks or to cook at home, but for professional cooks it's just delightful!!! It's brilliant! Full fo fantastic ideas, beautiful edition, great pictures, amazing recipes, beautiful dishes...just gorgeous!! Nothing to complain about. Absolutely recommend it, specialy for Chefs!!!!
