Also great for retired guys like me who has volumes of junk in the kitchen and wishes to reorganize.

Being a fan of Mr. Brown's "Good Eats" I was kind of hoping this book would read more like a story.
It will be kept in the kitchen as a reference for any future purchases but it is not the type of book you read from cover to cover.

Alton Brown's book on equipping your kitchen is terrific. It covers all the bases in words and good illustrations. It is informative and humorous at the same time. I'd buy it again. I refer to it all the time.
