Book Reviews of An Absolute Scandal: A NovelBook Review: Absolute Scandal Summary: 3 Stars
While this is a "good read" it was very disappointing to me because I compared it to her earlier novels - I really enjoyed her triology of the Lytton family saga (beginning with No Angel) and I also enjoyed Sheer Abandon. I will however read more of her earlier work.
Book Review: Another winner ! Summary: 5 Stars
I am a great fan of Penny Vincenzi's work. Her novels take place in England, and I enjoy her British characters. Her plots are interesting, thus making her novels something I look forward to, and read with mucho gusto! I recommend any book by this author.
Book Review: A quick read Summary: 5 Stars
Penny Vincenzi is consistently a good writer and this book meets that criteria. I have read many of her novels but I find I have tired of reading her recently as they have become more predictable and for lack of a better word- mundane.
Book Review: Absolute Scandal Summary: 3 Stars
I'm a big fan of Penny Vincenzi -- so a little biased. It's not as fabulous as the Lytton series, but it's still a great read.
