Book Reviews of Angels & Demons - Movie Tie-In: A NovelBook Review: Loved The Book. The Movie? Not So Much Summary: 5 Stars
Angels & Demons kept me reading for four days straight. The movie was completely different. I like the book better and I highly recommend the book. It's very unusual and alot of fun and food for thought.
I also recommend Devil's Verse.

Book Review: Okay... Summary: 3 Stars
I started to read this book with a vigor and then it took me a few weeks to get through the rest. I did enjoy this one but I can not compare it to "Da Vinci Code" as I have yet to read it. I did like the details of the Vatican and the history but I do wish it focused more on the history facts. I really only read it because Ewan McGregor is in the movie and I was more interested in his character than Robert Langdon's. I deffinitly felt more concern for McGregor's character.
Book Review: Wolf In Sheep's Clothing Summary: 5 Stars
I could not put the book down! It's as if Dan Brown hand crafts each page with its own little mini cliffhangor. He brings us into the worlds of The Vatican Conclave and sub-atomic science. An antimatter bomb is set to destroy Vatican City, and a mad man is killing cardinals. Spirituality clashes with science, and Robert Langdon follows clues thru Rome to thwart the evil plot of the Illuminati only to discover that the true evil is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Book Review: purchased book from the emerald book shop thru Amazon.com Summary: 1 Stars
The book never came. I do not recommend buying from this seller. Amazon.com did make their A to Z guarantee good ( I guess, because I do not have my credit card statement yet). I only know what they told me electronically. I have dealt with Amazon before and have had good results, so this seller is not to be bouht from. As far as I'm concerned, Amazon is a good company, but I will review the reviews a little closer from now on.
Book Review: Good Yarn! Summary: 4 Stars
This is a great page turner but do not expect great literature. The plot involves an ancient cult, a futuristic science research center and the rituals of the Vatican. There is even a little romance thrown in, but it is very restrained (no bodice ripping here). Suspend your disbelief and you will enjoy this tale in short order. Perfect summer reading. I will probably read the Da Vinci Code based on this showing.
