Among those families are the Franks and their gifted daughter, Anne Frank. Downstairs in the basement of her father's factory, Anne's family stays in hiding with another family .Anne's gift as an excellent writer shows as she writes in her diary about her day to day experiences in hiding with her family, from her emotional battles with her parents to her days in the annex when things get too hard. See what happened during World War 2 through the eyes of a Jewish girl .Take an adventure with Anne Frank as she tells a tale of trial and conflict. The Diary of a Young Girl- Anne Frank is a wonderful book about a fourteen year old girl who expresses her feelings in a form of awesome writing. She is in a state where she can get all of her feelings out. In her book there are stories about her relationship with her father Otto Frank and her huge crush on a boy who she would always see. Feelings about the environment around her no one else knew she would always write about it. In this book each person that is in Anne's life during her years in hiding is described into complex detailing. She describes everyone according to her own criteria. She was never afraid to write what she wanted in her diary no matter how much it may hurt someone or how much it may make them happy. She will always describe the people in her life into their physical and personal descriptions. In the book Anne describes her parents and the parents of the other family in her own description. Her descriptions would change over time because her feelings of the people in her life would change. This book is interesting because in all the bad situations of her life Anne Frank puts all her emotion into one diary entry .Throughout the whole book some of her diary entries were 2 -4 pages long. This showed how emotional she was in her writing. These intense entries help get her anger out on a piece of paper and not out on the open. I recommend this book to you because this is a story that every teenager in the world can relate to. There are certain issues in this book that has happened to all teenagers. Go out and buy this book to see what challenges Anne Frank had to go through with her teenage life plus her hard times in hiding.

Book Review: Anne Frank's Diary: A Review Summary: 5 Stars
Anne Franks Diary:The diary of a young girlAnne Franks Diary is a remarkable book. Written by a young girl in a time of trouble and terror, she writes what she feels, and what is happening around her, in first person. Anne Franks Diary, is an autobiography of her short life. This book takes readers back to the time of power, greed and expresses what life was like. Also known as the Great Depression. This book is what the world lived through and how this war impacted human beings, of all sorts. I enjoyed this book because of the high intensity of how this young girl felt. She suffered day on end to survive, with family and friends holding on with her. " Leave me in peace, let me sleep one night at least without my pillow being wet with my tears, my eyes burning and my head throbbing. Let me get away from it all, preferably away from the world." This quote explains the suffering Anne Frank went threw to survive in this hard time. The reason why I liked this book is because of the honest opinions honest thoughts and feelings. For people that enjoy historical events and the detail be hide them you will enjoy this book like me. The quotes that really come from the inner sprit of Anne Frank, can get to you, with a few powerful feelings, and words. "A voice sobs within me: There you are, That's what's become of you: you're uncharitable, you look supercilious and peevish, people dislike you and all because you won't listen to the advice given to you by your own better half." I personally like this quote because it explains how Anne changes she becomes more grown up and more marcher. I found that I really endured this book because of the reality to her life and thoughts. I also found that the sad times or the touching moments really are what put the book together. Some other quotes that make this book what it is, are these, "I hope I shall be able to confide in you completely, as I have never been able to do before, and I hope that you will be a great support and comfort to me." "I started by being snappy, than unhappy, and finally I twist my heart round again, so that the bad is on the outside and the good is on the inside and keep on trying to find a way of becoming what I would so like to be, and what I could be, If ...... there weren't any other people living in the world." Book Review: delicacy, calm candor and beauty Summary: 5 Stars
Anne Frank's diary has moved millions around the world, past and present, with it's honesty, depth, and poignancy. (Personally, it was Anne's diary that motivated me to write my own journal as a young girl and I continue to write faithfully, ever since. It is one of the few books that I've read which has had the greatest influence on my life.) Anne Frank, a young Jewish girl living in Amsterdam, along with her family, went into hiding along with her family during WWII, when Holland was annexed by the Nazis Regime. During the long years of secret captivity in the building's attic, Anne captured her hopes, loves, fears and thoughts on life in her diary, where she affectionately addressed her entries to an imaginary friend she named "Kitty". Despite the horrible reality of war just outside her window, Anne was a person who could see beyond man's inhumanity to man, and perceive true beauty and the gift of life. Tragically, nearing the war's conclusion, the family's hiding place is mercilessly betrayed to the Nazis...which ultimately culminates in the final chapter of this lovely young girl's life, just prior to liberation. This is a true story...a diary of a young girl....and her voice from the past. It's a memoir of a brilliant and deep being who wasn't afraid to hope for something better, beyond the misery surrounding her. In my opinion, it is a book that every person should read. It was an overcast day on Saturday, March 9, 2002. I stood just outside of Anne Frank's final dwelling place, the "Secret Annex," at Prinsengracht 263, Amsterdam. I was overcome with great sadness as I gazed up at the small attic window where she must have looked out...a tree-lined canal just across the way. Perhaps she watched the ducks in the water, swallows overhead, the steady sloping of the rain, or the cloud formations....day in and day out. I imagined what it would be like to be a young girl in confinement, yearning to enjoy life amidst the free, only to be shut up, and kept quiet for fear that an audible breath would betray my family's whereabouts and terminate our lives. I wept at the great waste of life, the cruelty, the plundering of innocent lives, and how this amazing young woman maintained the inner strength to endure those years...and had the courage to capture it all with such delicacy, calm candor and beauty.
Book Review: Anne Frank Diary Of A Young Girl Reiew by Lexi Henry Pd. 3 Summary: 5 Stars
Have you ever read the Diary of Anne Frank. I have and it is the best book I have ever read. It is about a thirteen year old jewish girl and her family that had to go into hiding during the Holocaust. Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt,Germany on June 12,1929. Anne writes in her diary that she recieved on her thirteenth birthday in 1942.
In July 1942 she and her family along with four other people were forced to take refuge in an office apartment in Amsterdam. Anne wrote in this diary with intamancy, humor, and her thoughts. This book is the best seller in almost every known language and was sold in almost ever known country in the world. It truly represents the true horror and tragedy of the Nazi occupation.
This book is so moving along with the movie which also blew my mind completely. Anne's thoughts about the changes that were brought upon eight people hiding from the
Nazis for two years during the occupation of Holland, living in constant fear and isolation, imprisioned npt only by the sad circumstances of war but by themselves made me shocked and aware of what they were going through.
Despite the horror and humiliation of thir lives, they never gave up. Anne herself, most odf all this is her picture which comes out so greatly and appealingly from this book. She mature so fast,in these two years, the crucial years from from thirteen to fifteen in which change is so swift and so hard for every young girl. Anne wrote most of the time about things that you could only write without a death threat from your parents which I thought was very brave of her.
These are the thoughts and expressions of a young girl living under extrordinary conditions, and for this reason her diary tells us much about ourselves and other children like us. Her diary is an apropirate monument to her spirit and to the spirit of those who have worked for peace and still are working for peace. "I hope I shall be able to confide in you completely ,as I have never been able to do in anyone else before, and I hope that you will be a great support and comfort to me" a qoute from Anne's diary written on th 12th of June 1942. This is a quote that we should all live by confiding in eachother not fighting with eachother.
