Book Reviews of Anticancer: A New Way of Life

Book Review: Probably the best book I have ever read
Summary: 5 Stars

This is really and truly a masterpiece of a book. I have 2 degrees in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Computer Science, so I am really not "ignorant" about physiology, nutrition etc. But yet many of the things that I found in this book were not clear or completely unknown to me. The book presents solid scientific evidence that many people simply do not want to consider, but it is there. There was a huge need of someone that would finally open our eyes in a clear and easily readable way. THANK YOU, David, thank you so very much for writing this book. No joking, it is a life saver. While I was reading it I was thinking how lucky I am that I can read all that stuff in a single book (while it took probably years to the author to gather all that scientific evidence). This book is as worth reading as it is taking care of your own health.

Book Review: My family line is rife with Cancer...
Summary: 5 Stars

My family line is rife with Cancer. I have tried to remain healthy with exercise, positive outlook, God and lower stress. When I read this book I was blown away with the sense of empowerment and peace that the knowledge within this book gave me. I could do something to affect my future health. I didn't have to wait on the inevitable...and, I could understand why so many in my family have expressed this disease...Not that people 'deserve' Cancer but THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO TO GREATLY LOWER YOUR CHANCES SIGNIFICANTLY AND IN SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN WAYS....
I initially bought Anticancer out of a mild interest but after I read it, I recommend it to EVERYONE I know. This book set me free from fear and apathy about such a horrible disease. Very applicable, very readable, very needed, and very thorough...

Book Review: Have bought a dozen or more copies so far...
Summary: 5 Stars

Last year at age 48 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer with metastasis in the liver and lymphs. Frankly, I was given several months to live. I've rewritten my prognosis and have stunned the doctors. I am their "poster child" for recovery... How did I do it?

After enduring three major surgeries, two "near death" experiences, and over $600,000 in medical bills in one year, I have pondered my recovery more than most...

This is "the" missing link as far as I'm concerned. Modern oncology does very little to address those things other than standard allopathic treatments. There's much more as this book will attest!

Buy it for yourself and your loved ones but let me get another dozen or so first... LOL! This is a great book. You need it. Everyone does!

Book Review: Superb!
Summary: 5 Stars

David has written a profoundly important book and has also told a very important personal story. All too often we are intimated by both doctors and by the simple statement from a doctor that we are no longer a person but have become a disease. Having been deeply involved in the medical and pharmaceutical world myself I followed the same path as David has when I was diagnosed 6 years ago with 'terminal leukemia' and given two years to live. That I am writing this review demonstrates the essential truths in this superb book.

My story,The Journey of a Newly Diagnosed CLL Patient, is told at CLL Topics (www.clltopics.org)

Thank you David for doing a much better job of moving from your own experience to helping others learn from your expertise and experience.

Book Review: Truly a Lifeline
Summary: 5 Stars

I too loved this book. As someone diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer I am trying to beat the odds and I knew there had to be more out there than what traditional medicine offers. I am now reading it through for the second time because I don't want to miss one important bit of information. I also plan to buy several copies for family and friends. I have three daughters and they need to read this cover to cover BEFORE they are in the predicament I've found myself in. The anti cancer way of life is something that we can all do. It amazes me that in light of all the proven benefits of lifestyle changes involving eating, stress, exercise, meditation, etc. oncologists are still telling their patients there is nothing they can do .... outrageous! This book has become my bible!
