"Apple Cider Vinegar: the Cure-all Elixir" At least that's how you will feel once you have finished this Bragg book.
Honestly, the probability that you learn anything new from this book is slim as the Bragg books are beginning to be a little dated. This was probably more informative to the general populace at the onset of the early years of Health Food awareness in the U.S.
It's worth the read but a little dizzying in format. The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle tips won't hurt anyone who is just embarking on cleaning up their diet and general health profile.
Good starter book for the novice and just a reminder for more experienced health-oriented lifestyle individuals.
A good dose of Apple Cider Vinegar and potassium can cure or support the cure of may ills as you will soon discover while reading this book.
Quick read, outdated format but some basic health tips.
