Book Reviews of the AsteriskCustomer Review: Cut me deep Summary: 5 Stars
I just finished reading Asterisk. In one big gulp. Couldn't stop.
When I finished it, put down the book, I burst in tears.
Jerk.
I couldn't stop, I just sobbed like a little girl.
Not too many things make me cry.
You did. I'm still trying to figure out why so many things cut deep in that story. Is it the irrational Red Sox illness that so many of us are born into? That big black and white attitude about life and the game in general that baseball fans and especially Red Sox fans cling helplessly to?
I still get chills and a little choked up about 1977. (can't talk about it).
I'm sure you've already heard many people gush over your story and my response is probably nothing new.
But you cut me, Mark, cut me deep.
And I loved it.
