It's a great book to prepare Physiology for USMLE step 1. As I am an International Medical Graduate, this book is unique to prepare Physiology. It's written clearly and bold letter already highlight important facts. After the end of each chapter, the questions are very helpful and cover the chapter. I recommend this book for any person who prepare USMLE Step 1, physiology.Book Review: Stimulates thought

Dr. Costanzo is definitely a great teacher. This book has really helped me out a lot, I've even recommended to all my friends who are planning to go to medical school. The online feature is a great companion, and for the price, nothing beats it! If you are a first time physiology student, I recommend this as a supplement text.Book Review: BRS Physiology

This is a great review book. It outlines the important concepts in neurophysiology, cardiology, respiratory and renal physiology. The outline goes straight to the point, the tables are nicely organized to pick up the simmilarities and/or differences, and the diagrams are excellent to understand concepts.Book Review: Great for medical school level physiology courses

This book helped explain concepts that were not explained well in my course notes. Also, I preread this book for the sections related to my lecture notes and it helps me to follow my lecture notes better. There are also practice problems at the end of each section that are helpful reviews.Book Review: buy it!

i really like the author's clear explanations and organization of the book. this is basically an outline of her physiology textbook, which is also great. i only wish that brs physiology had more color charts/diagrams/images. for the cost of the book, i think it's a reasonable request.
