this has got to be the best! i've always heard that it was referred as the canners bible, and people sure weren't kidding! there are recipes for grape jam/jelly that you can make out of grape juice! so much information!

This book should be a Bible for those wanting to learn how to can and those who are experienced. A great tool for those who want to preserve. Not only are there complete instructions but there are wonderful recipes too!

it's a good book...with lots of ideas and tricks...but it's a little old fashioned in some ways...there are new and faster ways to can now..but great for a beginner..it was easy to read with lots of helpful ideas

I love this magazine and I say magazine because when it came I thought it was supposed to be a book! That was the only disappointment. The recipes and pictures are wonderful. Worth having for your collection!
