This is a terrific book with easy to follow recepies. Pictures are just wonderful and the instructions are easy to follow. I am a Japanese American so I have enjoyed eating some of the traditional recepies in this book. Reminds me of the food my father used to make for us. It arrived quickly, and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, most of the ingredients required for the recipes will be difficult to acquire where I live. The instructions are clear, however, so they would be easy to follow.

the book is great i enjoyed the recipies theyre easy to understand and pretty simple i just hope youre around an asian market because a lot of the ingredients are a little difficult to get your hands on otherwise ^_^
