Book Reviews of Better Than SteroidsBook Review: Great Book Summary: 5 Stars
This is in fact one of the best I have read. Not only that the Dr. also put his personal email in the book. I emailed him a couple of times concerning a few things in the book and he replied in a very timely manner. The book plus the Dr's personal help made this book very invaluable. I am following some of the dieting guides in this book as we speak with great results.
Book Review: Solid Read Summary: 4 Stars
The information in this book is very good. Nothing outlandish, just a compilation of information and research that is out there. I only give it 4 and not 5 because I had been hoping for a little more of the science and other information that was more applicable beyond body-building. If I were just starting to get into body building, I'd give it a 6.
Book Review: Great info Summary: 4 Stars
Sometimes there is just too much info out there. This book pushes much of the misinformation to the side and gives a straight-forward apprach o things. There actually could have been some more depth on some issues (4* vs 5) but the infor was grat overall. I would recommend this book to any beginer or intermediate lifter or fitness enthusiest.
Book Review: A informational read for all levels Summary: 5 Stars
....I've been in the bodybuilding scene for 8 years. This book has revealed information that I haven't found anywhere else...bits and pieces yes, but not in such a condensed version.
The book includes very percise calculation methods and explains all the dietary routines the pros use to keep growing.
Book Review: Well written and easy to understand Summary: 4 Stars
All of the eating plans are aligned for those individuals who work out first thing in the a.m. Some modification is needed to adjust for alternate lifting times.
However, the book gives some new diet strategies for shocking the body into growth. Great read - look forward to Wileys next book.
