(...)I have been using the bill-paying reminder system for a few months now, and I must report that I do find it useful. It is handy to have all the balances showing, month after month, so I can see the balances going down, or, God help me, going up! This makes me more aware of what I am spending, and the fact that I want all those balances to go down! I am no longer able to let myself ignore what I am doing financially. I have also noticed that one account was not crediting my payments properly.
So, I am Definitely finding this item worthwhile.
However, I stand behing my remarks that a more professional appearance and a rewrite of the instructions would help(...)
It IS a good product, and it COULD be better.

Book Review: Maybe my expectations were too high...

I thought this would work and provide the organization I needed for my monthly bills. Although it provides pockets, considering the price and what I received, it wasn't worth it. I ended up buying a "What's Due" filing system instead from a non-Amazon vendor. If you are looking for an organized way to track all of your bills and have pockets to store the payment slips and such - I would suggest the "What's Due" item. The Bill Paying Reminder and Filing System is basically some poorly printed papers (some are even crooked) in plastic sheet covers or laminated sheets. On a good note you can use it as a guide on how to make your own - although I would make some simple improvements to make it less "cheap" looking. This book has changed my life in such a positive way. Before this book I could not keep my bills and due dates organized. The consequence was many late fees and negative marks on my credit rating. Since using this book, I am never late paying a bill. It clearly allows me to list information in an organized manner. At a glance I know which bills are due, when they are due, how much I last payed, how much I owe and check numbers for my record. It is a motivater to obtain my goal of being debt free!!!! I anxiously await the next creation of this kind.

This notebook is awesome, it shows you exactly where you stand when it comes you your bills. You can follow your spending patterns and know when your payments are due monthly, avoid any chance of being late on your payments due to non-receipt of statemnts..this book has a column to write the due date, min payment due, amount paid, date paid, check # used, previous and new balance and total amount paid..since I pay my bills online and don't use a check # I use that column to total the amount of finance charges each month..this is a really good notebook and I strongly recommend it.Book Review: Okay.

I am going to use this for this year, but I can make a more useful one for myself for next year. This has some good ideas but I prefer to keep my monthly bills together, not separate them by vendor. I wish I could have seen this before I purchased it. I probably wouldn't have purchased it, I would have gotten a three ring binder, some pocket dividers and made my own forms on the computer. I had the one from Gooseberry Patch last year and tried this one because it was less expensive and I like the size of this one better. I think I will make my own from now on.
