Book Reviews of Bondage For SexBook Review: Much needed literature to fill a void Summary: 5 Stars
I've been interested in bondage and particularly bondage for sex for a while since it lends to be more versatile in it usage than the "tied in ball" methods. Whether it be for sex or photographic artwork, this book will help fill the void with the apparent lack of literature covering this subject.
I have had the pleasure of meeting Chanta during a bondage seminar and must say that her book is a nice compliment to her live classes.
The images within "Bondage for Sex" are superb as well as her instructions and wonderful personality. (the later best experienced in person.) ;-)
I definitely recommend this book.
Book Review: Buy this Book. It is brillant Summary: 5 Stars
I thought this book was beautifully written. The photography in the book is stunning. The instructions were very easy to follow.
One reason I liked it is Chanta gives the readers the tools to get started and then teaches you that you can go as far as you want or not. And the key to the book also is that trust with your partner is a must. It is not just tieing someone up to torture them. This book was not offensive in the least. I personally loved it.
If you are at all interested in the basics and how to learn as I was then this is the book for you. BUY IT!!!!!
Book Review: Bedroom Rope 101 Summary: 5 Stars
Interested in bondage? Want to combine actual sex with it? Chanta Rose's Bondage For Sex is one of the finest bondage instructional volumes I've read. It combines easy to follow directions with fantastic photos to give you a guide to tying your partner into many sexually accessible positions.
There are a lot of books out there for people interested in exploring bondage. A lot of ties look good, but if you want to actually have sex with your partner many of them won't leave you the access you need. This book is the first that I've found to lay out ties that allow for easy sexual positioning.
Book Review: Not just a picture book.... Summary: 5 Stars
Although the photography is simply gorgeous, you do have to actually read the book. Chanta explains all the knot tieing in the beginning of the book which you have to practice if you want to get any the positions right. If you can't figure out a knot, go back to where she explains it. simple as that.
Positions are hot! Useful! Playful! Fun! Just go for it and awaken your inner naughtyness.
p.s. I love that there isn't any psycho babble about bondage and people who partake like in Midori's books, just sex, more sex, and great sex.
Book Review: Don't waste your money Summary: 2 Stars
Although the photography is visually appealing and the tone of the author sincere and light-hearted, as an educational text this book is basically worthless. If you want to look at interesting pictures for nifty bondage ideas, you might find value here. But if you want to have an idea of how to actually rig any of these positions, look elsewhere. The photos repeatedly skip steps, are utterly confusing, and are scarcely illustrative of actual rope tying and knotwork. I'm returning my copy immediately.
