I love this book for bundt recipes. There are 85 recipes for cakes, 18 glazes and sauces for those cakes, and 33 bread recipes.
And unlike what an earlier reviewer said, only 31 of the 85 cake recipes include box cake mixes--not even close to the "more than 50%" that the reviewer claimed.
I'm just a regular person who likes to cook; I'm not a foodie or a chef...so I appreciate having some of the recipes be quick and easy, while others have an extensive amount of ingredients for the times one feels like baking from scratch.
A sample of cakes: Chocolate Hazelnut Cake, Strawberry White Chocolate Cake, Apple Streusel Cake, Sour Cream Coffee Cake, Old Dominion Pound Cake, and Planters Punch Cake. (That last one has pineapple juice,orange juice, grenadine, and rum in it!)
Examples of Sauces & Glazes: Vanilla Glaze, Spice Glaze, Bourbon Syrup, Coffee Glaze, Rich Lemon Sause, Buttery Blueberry Sause.
Breads: Basil Swirl Bread,Irish Soda Bread, Herb Focaccia, Wild Rice Bread, Carrot Raisin Bread, and more.
If you enjoy Bundt recipes, this book is a great one for regular folks who love cooking and like yummy recipes.
