Customer Review: Wonderful cookbook & springboard for making your own recipes~!

This is a wonderful cookbook and the recipes that start with the cake mixes (much like the Cake Doctor book) are fullproof! One cake entitled "Coming Out Cake" mixes 7 different colors for a rainbow. My husband suggested I use that one to make the "King Cake" for Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras celebration at work....what a hit. I made two and they were gone!!! One Sunday I made 9 different recipes from this book making everything from mini bundts to normal bundt cakes and they all turned out wonderfully. This is a must for anyone who needs a nudge into baking or for the experienced baker who wants to try something new and fun. The spiral bound hardcover form makes it easy to keep track of your place while putting the recipe together.
