This is a VERY informative book full of useful techniques. I particularly like the madeira cake recipe. I used it for my son's wedding cake - really delicious and easy.
I love the step by step illustrations - especially on the 'wonky' cake.

The author is from England, so I have to concentrate on the language, but I did learn from it.
