Book Review: Lowered my coronary artery calcium score!

I had been diagnosed with calcium deposits in my coronary arteries. My doctor told me that it may be a risk factor for heart disease, but offered no treatment to improve the condition. He told me to just watch and wait. After searching the internet, I found this book. I was a little skeptical at first, but tried the regimen outlined in this book. It's been about 8 months now and my recent CT scan has shown improvement. I can't say for sure whether the improvement is due to the regimen I got from this book, but I can say that I am not taking any other medications to treat this condition. Apparently, there are no standard drug treatments for calcium deposits. All I know is my coronary artery calcium score has dropped significantly, as shown in my recent CT scan.
