Book Review: My favorite book on the topic Summary: 5 Stars
As a mother of a ten year old boy who was recently diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 & Celiac Disease, I have purchased dozens of books to educate myself on the topics. On the subject of Celiac Disease, Dr. Green's book is far & away my favorite. Filled with up-to-date, truthful yet positive information from a highly respected authority on CD. LOVE LOVE LOVE this book - I will refer to it over & over going forward in our new way of life. No recipes in this one - other books have been good for that.
Book Review: Celiac Disease Summary: 5 Stars
This is a more important book than one just about a specific and debilitating disease. Wheat and/or gluten intolerance has become a pervasive world wide problem. This book provided the identifiable solution to a number of chronic problems that I have had little success in resolving, because the connection to Gluten sensitivity was not on anyone's screen. As a result of this terrific book, many of my clients, as myself, have resolved long standing chronic inflammations. Highly recommended!
Book Review: Great book Summary: 5 Stars
This is a very well written, informative book. I am a Registered Nurse and my daughter-in-law was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. This book had information in it that people wouldn't even stop to think about, i.e. gluten in some lipsticks etc. Just by reading this book my daughter-in-law is very well versed in her disease process. Wonderful, wonderful book. A must have for anyone that has Celiac disease or knows someone that has this disease.
Book Review: Excellent book!! Summary: 5 Stars
This book should be titled the "Celiac Bible." Very well written and organized. This is the best book on the subject I've come across so far. Covers a wide range of Celiac related topics even down to the level of toothpaste. Months ago I would have thought that a joke, but after diet alone not bringing recovery for me, even toothpaste is now suspect. I highly recommend this book, its full of good detailed information.
