I've bought quite a few books on Celiac Disease, but most only have a little info that helps me. Not this book. It is full of info that's new to me. In fact, this is the only book I need. This book was very thorough in explaining celiac disease. It was also very easy to read and didn't contain lofty sentences. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed, you should read this to get the whole picture. It will answer most of your questions and give you a solid base from which to make decisions about your treatment and your health. This book is great as a reference for people who have the disease and also as a tool for those who are looking for a diagnosis. The author is considered to be the authority on the disease and it's nice to have a place to go to for correct information. There is much misinformation out there and this book dispels the myths.
