As someone with specialized training specifically in voice who has been a voice teacher for performers for the past 17 years, I found this to be mostly a waste of time. There are a few helpful hints, but they certainly are not life changing. The fact that one of the testimonials is from Joan Rivers, whose voice sounds quite damaged, should give someone an idea of how well it can change your life.
