Book Review: Not a Stand alone

First of all - do not buy this book as a stand alone - this book has to go with Chemistry: Structure and Dynamics because this is a workbook. There is almost no stand alone information in this book, it is simply problems to do in order to increase your understanding of what you have learned in that other book.
To the teachers - please don't ask your students to turn in pages from this book - they aren't perforated and would be a pain to get out.
We are using this in my Chem 1 class and basically we do the workbook pages in class and do our actual homework on the online site that you can buy with the book - it's called "Wiley" and allows the teacher to set up online homework and automatically grades it. You can also access the hardcover textbook that way - this website access does NOT come with the version you purchase from Amazon, but you can buy access on your own should you want it.
I'm rather ambivilant to this workbook - sure it appeases my professor, but I don't feel that I'm really getting all that much out of doing the exercises. Get it if required, but look elsewhere if you are trying to teach yourself anything.
