If this is the book by Robert Gray ND, I highly recommend it for anyone. You could call this "Everything you always wanted to know about s*** or your a$$***e, but were too grossed out to ask." This is well written and comprehensive. It contends that nearly any disease can be rooted in a a clogged colon. After reading about people whose colons weigh 40 pounds, you will likely believe it! This is a simple easy to read book chock full of good advice on how to care for a part of you that is normally ignored until it is too late. Robert Gray knows the subject and communicates it well. Gray tells of people avoiding colostomies merely by embarking on a serious cleasing effort. He contends that most people are severely constipated and don't even know it! Gray is serious about his subject, even when he tells a story of a yogi who claimed that his feces had not odor, basically his "s*** don't stink" becauee of good diet. I had to laugh at this even though Gray told it with clinical seriousness. Anyone who is interested in colon health, and that should be ALL of us, needs to read this book. Mine is severely dogeared and the cover is worn off from all the readings. Gray claims that good health begins and ends in the colon. He has many formerly sick patients that wholeheartedly agree with him.
