Book Reviews of Colon Health Key to Vibrant LifeBook Review: Much needed commonsense advice that's sorely needed in today's world! Summary: 4 Stars
I'm into the health food movement like a lot of people nowdays. Unfortunately most books and programs don't cover all of the many ways to get and stay healthy. Although the above book listed is an excellent resource. It's like most authors and programs are trying to be too pc (politically correct). To correct myself a little, most health advice, programs, books and supplements usually offer pretty good advice these days. You know:
1. Don't alcohol
2. Don't abuse drugs
3. Don't smoke (cigaretts and the like)
4. Eat move live fresh fruits and vegetables.
5. Eat less process foods and meats.
Now all of this is good advice, although there is a right way and wrong way to do anything. I saw an excellent book with a good 8 step plan. Search Amazon for: The Magic Of Mother Nature's Healing Foods. I liked it.
Book Review: Colon Health Key to Vibrant Life Summary: 5 Stars
This book saved my life! (NO JOKE) At the time I found this book, my colon had been completely shut down and badly impacted. I arrived for a colonic shaking with a high fever and dizzy (I was toxic). I could barely see. After having my first colonic and seeing what came out, blew my mind! I left feeling full of energy, the fever was GONE, I felt GREAT! I had lost 10 pounds with my first colonic! I refer back to Dr. Walker's books on a regular basis...but this is the gem of all his books! He certainly knew enough to live well over 100 (I think he was 127) and he died in his sleep. Don't wait until your are sick...look in your phone book under colonics and make an appointment today! After your first colonic, you too will be a beliver.
Book Review: A Colossal Waste Summary: 1 Stars
Other than the colon chart in the middle of this book, there is nothing in the entire book that is useful.
Nearly 90% of the book is all about the diseases associated with a clogged colon. You can do better on Wikipedia for free.
A much better read for real life information on how to do a colonic or what to expect is Inside Poop by Scott Webb.
Inside Poop: America's leading colon therapist defies conventional medical wisdom about your health and well-being.
Book Review: No one is special, we all must clean first, then eat well... Summary: 4 Stars
I've done a 7 day colonic-fast. I am 27, to all appearances a very healthy and fit businessman who was even a vegetarian for 3 years. The amount of waste which came out was unbelieveable, I now understand that I need at least 3 more 7-10 day sessions over a 6 month period to clean out the rest. There were many pieces of rubbery stuff which exactly resembled diverticili, and pounds of general waste coming off the walls of the colon. Find somehere and some time when you can relax, and do it properly...this is not fool'in.
Book Review: Beware religious overtones of this quack Dr. Summary: 1 Stars
After reading this book one paragraph sticks out about the section on the male testicles. He states that "wasting" the male sperm causes senility and overall weakness. He goes on to state thats the reason why we have marriage and adultry laws in the USA. What planet does this moron live? He states he is a doctor but beleives that drivel? I could see if this was written in the 1880's.
Book is a total waste.
