Book Review: Wonderful book - very creative and motivating!

This is an excellent book to both motivate and instruct. The professional appearance of their cookies is something to strive for, but don't be disappointed by your first attempt. Their note to PLAN first is one of the most useful items in the book. Step-by-step instructions and TIPS along the way make this book a favorite. My only complaint would be that the gingerbread recipe needs some "tweaking" to make it more edible and easier to work with. I'd highly recommend this book for anyone looking to make some professional looking cookies.
