Book Review: A good book, but with its hang ups
Summary: 3 Stars
While the book is good (and, as with all Princeton Review books, the author hob-snobbish) it doesn't shine. Pages are poorly formatted and feel like they were just typed in Word. As far as the content goes, the book lives up to its name and gives you a lot of information on what is on JUST THE AP TEST, and little other good information for the course in general. It has many good tricks and ideas, which is why I would recomend this book, but usually those tricks are unmerited, don't work in all situations, and don't give an in depth analysis of why they work.
Use this book. By all means, buy it. It will increase your score, but if you are the type of student that wants to get a 5 on the AP test by knowing why things work, not just knowing that these things work, go with the Barron's.
