Book Review: Fantastic and very inspiring!

I just received this book yesterday, and I am so pleased! I paint murals for part of my living too, and I thought this book might provide more ideas. Well, Ms. Whitaker's ideas are so inspirational, and I loved her artwork as well. Although I have already painted a number of murals for children's rooms, this book contained some great tips and techniques that I have not tried. All in all, it was well worth the money to me.Book Review: cute

If you know how to paint then you don't need this book. It showcases Suzanne's work and techniques nicely, but found it impractical for myself. If you're a beginner and just want some ideas for your child's room then it's a fabulous book for you! She provides simple steps to achieving her style, which is sort of whimsical. I'm glad I checked it out at the library first though because I won't be buying it.Book Review: Wow!

What a great book! I haven't done any murals yet, but plan to within the month. I imagine it will be relatively easy to do with the guidance of this book. It has great mural ideas, detailed supply lists and recommendations, and it shows how to do some of the smallers elements of each mural step by step. I feel much more confident going into mural painting with this book.Book Review: Doug

I liked the way this book gave me lots of ideas and how-to tips, and also left it open to add my own adaptions. I will definitely use some of the projects in my granddaughter's rooms when we redecorate them.
