I have recently read a fewe of JP's books and i found Cross on our book shelf. I read it, not knowing it was the 12 book in the series, and i was not lost at all. It seemed like it could have been the first book in a series and it was extremly hard topout down. The only thing is that i did not like the ending with michael sullivan. otherwisegreat read if you dont mind a little bloodspilling in your books.
