with the popularity of cupcakes on the rise, i was ecstatic to get this book! it's not perfect, a couple of the recipes i've tried (pineapple upside-down cupcakes and the creamy chocolate syrup frosting) haven't lived up to my expectations, but most of them are fabulous!
some of the recipes don't quite work with silicone baking cups because of the size, but that doesn't stop me!
no one will be able to guess these are from a mix, and she gives you a ton of tips on how to turn the cupcakes into cakes as well. very creative, and definitely a keeper.
