Interesting book. Not one for the casual health enthusiast. DMSO sounds like a product that requires a lot of careful consideration before used. That did come out clearly in the book. I think it would be good for someone who has chronic pain that is uncontrolled by other means. LeaBook Review: better than others

Compared to other books on this subject this was above average. I liked the writing, it didn't get bogged down in the science as so many do.
If you're really into the subject matter - and i mean rEALLY into it - then this book is the best of the lot that I've read.

I have heard of DMSO for years but was not comfortable buying and using it. After reading portions of this book I understand that DMSO is safe and effective.
Tried it. Really works with pulled muscles and minor joint inflammation.

This book has a lot of background information about the journey of DMSO but, I was looking for suggested formulations for the specific conditions that DMSO can be used to treat. If that's what you are looking, look elsewhere.
