Book Reviews of Dawn (California Diaries, No. 1)Book Review: Realistic and awesome! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this book with a ton of doubts: Were they going to totally screw up the BSC characters I had grown up with? But by the time I was finished with this first book, I was completely hooked. Unlike the BSC books, the characters deal with real situations, like drinking at parties and relatives who are sick. This could sound depressing, but there's enough humor to make the situations a little lighter.

Book Review: The book told about sadness, hate and pure feelings Summary: 5 Stars
The book Dawn told how some friends were torn apart. How eighth graders were tricked into coming to an older party. Which was terrible. I bet no one knew how much emotion was used in that story until they read it. That story really tells about something that could happen or sometheing that might have already happened.
Those were only some were some of my emotions for the story Dawn by Ann M. Martin
