Book Review: A Must Read if You Suffer from Similar Symptoms
Summary: 4 Stars
If this was her first book I would regard it with great scepticism. However, Dr. Rogers has been at this for over 2 decades AND was a chemical sensitivity sufferer herself having being poisoned in part by exposure to pesticides as she helped her family on their farm in her youth. Furthermore, I counted 50 pages of fine print references! She has done her research!
The main reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it has a somewhat sensationalist style in the sense that she starts off with doom and gloom, probably accurate accounts, but clearly designed to jolt the reader the same way a novel would. Also, she ends with a religious message which may offend some. I am fine with it but others may not be.

This book is extremely important to folks that may be suffering from slight allergies to cancer! The realm of chemicals that we live with in our environment it mind boggling! This book aims a getting you better and provides excellent resources to use. It makes sense of many mysterious issues. I've always been suspectant of the big pharma companies always selling you drugs. This book can break that chain of dependency on the drugs put out by the "Big Guys". I came across this book after a few other books in trying to find ways to make beneficial changes to the lifestyle of myself and family. After making those changes with books like this one I feel great!

Book Review: Important info. for parents of autistc kids

The information in this book, when followed, could be life saving. Anyone who wants to prevent dying from cancer or another debilitating disease needs to read this book. Would highly recommend it to anyone, especially parents with children on the autism spectrum.
We are doing sauna therapy with our two autistic kids. They love going in. I can't believe what a difference it has made in their behaviour. We have also noticed a lot less self stimulating behaviour. I can't wait until all the heavy metals are out of their system. For the first time I have hope that my children will function in society as adults.

Do not underestimate the significance of Dr. Rogers' book. She references over 50 pages of medical studies at the back of the book, yet it is easy to read and understand. Cancer, diabetes, heart disease, fibromyalgia etc. are ALL preventable contrary to what the medical profession says. Think about all of the money at stake in keeping people sick and on medications. There is relatively little money in getting and keeping people healthy. Take resposibility for your own health and follow the guidelines in her book - Dr. Rogers is passionate, straight forward and bang on. Buy this book for yourself, give it to those you love.Book Review: Highly recommended

This book was a little repetitious and could have been organised a little better, but I didn't think it was even remotely as bad as some reviews here have suggested. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to read and take notes from.
The content was very solid. I'd recommend this book very highly to anyone with M.E. or any other severe chronic disease. There is also a summary of the parts on FIR saunas that is available as a free PDF which is exceptionally good. I wish so much I had had this book many years ago.
