Book Review: Great book on cleansing our bodies

This book helped me understand what happens to our bodies, why we become sick and how to get rid of those toxins. I have been researching Far Infrared Saunas and came across this author. She highly recommends them and this book gives all the history and why as to the results of FIRS. Finally someone admits that a perfect diet alone will not only take the joy out of life but won't really bring you to full health. I bought this book for my mum and dad by request. They do not have the internet so I ordered it for them. I have not read it so can only tell you that my mum was so interested in it she was finding it hard to put down. My mum and dad are very much into health and this book was recommended to them.
