Finding a book like this is a rare privilege! The "hook" keeps getting better as you turn the pages and you go into the character's world almost as if hypnotized. When you buy this book be sure to set aside some "special time" to read it without distractions. (You can thank me for this later.)Rouff does a great job developing Jimmy D. as someone you can identify with and know immediately. The entrance of the other characters is a delight and you can so easily picture them in your mind.
This book is one of those things that you hate to see end so upon turning the last page I immediately contacted Rouff, the author, to strongly encourage him to continue on with his magnificent work.
To my delight he answered me immediately! This may be his first book but it will not be his last!
